Day 1...

Let's just put it out there...

I...
WEIGH...
237
POUNDS...
Did everyone hear that!?  GOOD!  Because this is
the LAST DAY
THAT I WILL WEIGHT 237 POUNDS!

See this butt...?  Take a good, long look because that will not exist much longer!  Now, I do have to point out some positives... from my ankles to my thighs... that is 2 YEARS OF SPINNING, BABY!!!

Those look GOOOOOOOD...I'm just saying...

So, here are the stats...

Weight:  237

Bust:  48.5"
Chest:  40.75"
Waist:  45.25"
Hips:  48"
Thighs:  left - 23.75"    right - 24.75"
Calves:  left - 16.5"     right 17"
Bicep:  left - 13.25"    right 14"

Starting BMI (based on this graph): 33
BMI Category:  Obese
I know, basing my BMI on a graph doesn't take into consideration the training I've been doing for the past 2 years... I will be seeing my doctor shortly for a better BMI based on my exact body.

So, here we go.  I am soooooo excited about the response this blog is getting.  THANK YOU so much for your support and for all the stories!  We CAN TOTALLY do this together!  As my good friend, Chris, said, "You have NO IDEA how many 'final meals' I have had!"  UM, YEAH, CHRIS... I am right there with ya... I've had more "last meals" than you know!  In fact, last night, we had bacon wrapped filets with baked potato and mini ice cream drumsticks... and I KNOW that I will eat yummy stuff like this again... once in a blue moon... because, my motto is...

NOTHING
TASTES
AS GOOD AS
SKINNY
FEELS!

"Amen... Hallelujah... and Holy ****"
(movie line... "Christmas Vacation")

There is so much stuff that I want to share with you guys!  I did a sprint triathlon at the gym today and I ROCKED IT!  (I'm doing 30 sprint tris getting ready for the Pasadena tri in 9 weeks.)  More about that tomorrow. Have a great night, everyone!

You are a cutie patootie mess! LOVE it. I'm feeling inspired already. And PLEASE keep adding in the positive with the cold hard truth. That's encouraging, too. xoxo

I love your first pics Tracey. They're clear and you're not trying to hide anything. I'm so proud of you. I'm going to the gym right now; maybe I'll see you there. I'm having a hard time uploading a picture for some reason. I'll keep trying. Love you!

You are so ahead of the game in that you are already exercising! I am a couch potato...and at my age changing my diet alone is NOT going to do it. But I so hate any form of exercise. Always have. I can report to have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks...so it's a start for me. I have 7 more to meet my first mini goal and 55 to reach my end goal. I am here with ya. Readng and cheering you on!

I'll be following your journey Tracey and cheering you on. I'm pleased to say that I am back at the gym and using the spin bike. It is my favourite piece of equipment to use at the gym. I just have to muster up my courage to do a spin class. I have to try and focus on my eating now and reading your blog will inspire me :)..... Good on you for being so honest. Love to you and your family xx
